It has definitely been interesting following this stock! I haven't bought or sold any of it in at least a month, and I suspect if I tried to get in and out a few times, making some money on the volatility like I have sometimes done in the past, I wouldn't have been able to time it well. Just being patient!

+18% - we've seen this before, but this time the way up might be more sticky. Will be very interesting what the shorts will do. If they jump ship we might see a very nice ride up.

Hola Cult Leader😂. I went out to the website and noticed that 56.5% of their properties are in the US. Conversely...43.5% are in foreign countries. Their book value is not their market value...do they have a handle on their offshore properties? I seem to remember them selling out of Australia, how about Europe now?
