RIP Michael Lynch. You helped me pick up the ukulele again after 30 years. I play the same gold label Kamaka soprano that my sister bought in 1975 from Lincoln Elementary School.

Mike: You have become one of my favorite people. If I was closer to you I would start back to school at my age, just to be in your music class. Thank You for the wonderful Ukulele lessons. I have learned so much by watching you. I also have a Oscar Schdmit OU5. Love it. Wish there was Uke Festivals in Ohio.

Just love your arrangement of Mr. Bojangles! Your videos are really helpful! Mike, I'm 70 years old and wanted to play a stringed instrument. I saw your ukelele videos and purchased a uke. Thanks for your help!

The Gsus4 chord is pretty easy. You Keep all fingers as in the G chord and then add the pinky below the third finger (A string, third fred)

Can anyone tell we why ukes are stringes the way they are? The upper string being G, between the E and the A string. What's the major advantage to string it this way? I know banjo's are stringed the same way, there must be some magic reson for this. BTW: thanks for your lessons!

Love the video, any chance you could explain the little bit before you go into the chorus. Where it goes G - Gsus - G. when you go back to the final G you seem to put in a little extra bit. G in another position possibly? Great Lesson BTW

Hi - others on here have asked the same question but I can't find your answer to how to play the Gsus4. It would be great if you could explain this. Thanks

Hi Michael, nice job, may I ask what type of Ukulele you use for this song looking at buying one for this song, as I have learnt it for Guitar, like to do the Ukulele part I saw other guy play in a live show on YT a few years ago, is a Soprano the right type, I look on music instrument sites or Ebay seems there are two types. Thanks in advance Phil
