Fantastic lesson. I have learned so much from your videos. You are a natural teacher who understands what the guitarist needs to know and demonstrates it clearly. Please keep them coming. Thanks

Great performance. Great tutorial. It helped a lot. And the KZbin slo-mo was very useful, too. That F6 was really tripping me up until I watched this.

so many "lessons" don't teach much. As a former guitar instructor, this is a great lesson and a great song for intermediate finger style players. Fairly easy and moderately paced. Thanks

can you cover/lesson The Perfect Song by Paul Yandell??
@mauriesandler19075 жыл бұрын
I'm a beginner. Having hard time getting the basic picking intro. Can anyone break it down further? I get the base runs. It's the melody with the base run. Can't tell which fingers to pluck in what order??? Just for the intro..

My uncle Ken used to play in that style then one day him and his wife, Ethel were taking a tour in Africa and a rhino overturned the tour vehicle and lions ran in and mauled the passengers, unfortunately, Ken's left hand was completely severed and eaten, Ethel suffered a nasty neck wound and both of her breasts were torn off.Ken ended up dying some years later from a self inflicted gunshot wound and Ethel remarried an insurance salesman from Des Moines who ended up going to prison for fraud.
@jeremydavia60066 жыл бұрын
Iron Feliks my god! What an awful story. I wonder if your uncle made that sad decision in part because he could no longer play music anymore? It would terrible to go thru all that of course-your hurt, your wife is hurt and on top of that no more Guitar - so sad!

Moral of the story - never, ever, play in 'that style'!

The morale to this story - If you are a fingerstyle guitar player Or know someone who is, don't go to Africa.
