Bart.. do you take request..? I would really like to hear your version of "lush life"... it was written in the 20's.. Many artist like Billy Holiday and Sarah Vaughan... (it seemed totally out of character for her) but one of my favorite renditions was Donna Summer's 80's version.. I always thought of her as a disco queen.. (until this song) I couldn't figure out why, but a dear friend loved this song..He made me listen to it over and over and over.. He passed away at the age of 26. And would appreciate revisiting those memories once again with your version :) I understand this is a very difficult song (even for a professional musician because of multiple cord changes.. I'm grateful that artist like you can take on a song like this.. Thank you. R
