Have you ever thought about doing enamel pins without the color? Just the metal...I follow an artist on insta who has those and they’re so cool looking. Since most of the defects seem to come from the colored parts that would eliminate that problem 😄

Maybe for the C grade pins you could try to remove the enamel all together and turn them into "chaser" pins. Its something Disney does with their pin line and call them "rare pins". But instead of doing that you could sell them at a cheaper price then the seconds pins or give them away as freebies. Just a thought!
