If this didn’t have a hyundai badge i wouldn’t mistake it for being 75 grand. I mean the amount of luxury and tech for only 52k is value at its finest. Massaging seats is rare in this segment. The only other vehicle ik in this class with that is the ford explorer. Heated and vented seats in the first 2 rows is already impressing but heated third row?!? thats something unheard of even on plenty of luxury vehicles besides the BMW X7. But we get the point this has top notch luxury for the class and with how much it offers this is the perfect 3 row suv for most families.

@@danightryder lol, compare it to competitors and see what things it has over them. Blind spot cameras are the most innovative safety thing they did, other manufacturers should follow that. SEL premium offers 360 cameras on competitors you have to buy top trim for that. Then napa leather, ventilated 2md row, heated 3rd row, power folding seats, auto park, auto leveling rear suspension, these are just on top of my head. I am probably not even buying one but blindly cherry picking and saying it lacks features is quite idiotic.

Love the Palisade wayyy more than the updated Telluride, which took a step back in my opinion(in styling. Its just an anonymous CUV now, whereas the Palisade stands out even more and looks more expensive than it is). I just wish the Calligraphy Palisade had an option to delete all of the chrome. Maybe offer the XRT styling on the top dog.
@pmenefee82
@pmenefee82 Жыл бұрын
I sooooo want the xrt option with the calligraphy. That is my only issue with mine. The chrome not so bad once you're used to it as it does give off a classy vibe. But that sporty look would be fire! At that price and it being their flagship, they really should give you more customized options and automated side mirrors. Love my palisade either way though.

Absolutely beautiful vehicle. But I truly believe it needs to be said that the warranty is valid only if the dealership is willing to accept it. There are Hyundai owners who, unfortunately, have had issues with their Palisades (and other models) and have been hung out to dry. All have stated the same about the presale experience (amazing etc) but it’s the post sale experience that makes the owner regret their purchase. It’s sad because Kia and Hyundai have created some dope vehicles, but their dealers are insanely corrupted. From the markups to treating their customers like crap. Overall, nice review CC bros. 🥃

If you buy something else that has all the features as calligraphy that car would depreciate more in 3-5 years than palisade would cost. Unless you go buy previous gen sequoia (different class), reliability isn't that high on anything else, old pilot had dreading 9 speed, new one has other issues, highlander is too small and has turbo 4, Americans are worst in reliability, Nissan 😂 I guess just name is enough.

@@tommy13965 no one can beat selected Toyota reliability, that would be sequoia, 4runner, Prius, Camry. I don't think new RAV4 and highlanders are that reliable, still above competition but marginally. It all comes down to wants and needs, and for many Korean twins were good value even after markups. I am not seeing markups in my area, I am seeing a few hundred off MSRP on Palisades. If I pay 7k less today than pilot and highlander, keep it for 10 years, I would be losing about the same or less money in resale compared to them. Pretty much I would have more features that most cars under 100k lack.

Well done Hyundai you’ve officially killed the grand Highlander and tx before they even get driven 👏. Rip gh and tx before we give you a chance.

Indeed. I've seen the preproduction GH presented and the additional space is the only thing going for it. The plastics still look unattractive with no better quality or amenities than the HL. Only the CX-90 (interior quality) and the Pilot (space efficiency) are the best match/alternatives).

I can’t deal with the looks of the front end. To each their own, but the front end looks horrible. Too much going on and too much chrome for my tastes. 👎
