Mocap looks very smooth in sfm. What do you use? Hardware and software for animations?

This one is actually not made using mocap, but however I did do mocap animations before and have now stopped it. For this video I traced a reference video of myself utilizing this free script from SFM workshop that allows you to hover a VLC player over your camera viewport, which then goes in sync with your timeline and you can make it semi transparent so you see both the video and viewport. Makes animation soooo much easier for me! As for mocap that I did use: latest was using Oculus Quest 2 as trackers for my head and hands, then recording that data with a free software from Steam called Mocap Fusion [VR]. Last video where I used this method was "Heretical Mutations". Another technique I used years ago in making of "No Mann's Sky" was using an XBOX Kinect 2 -camera and some iPi Soft's recording and processing softwares (which back then had a yearly subscription and I can't remember exact names of the programs). My dream one day though is to be able to buy a real mocap suit for animation

@@Dominzki There is a good quote by UKF Assault Officer. "Sappers aer jolly useful. Particularly if you want something blown into very small bits." I was imagining a Tf2 Sniper, with a berret, saying this line to the camera sort of expaining the role of the sappers. During that Red Engie can be seen nehind Offcier, working on an explosive. And when Officer Sniper says "small bits", Engie cuts the wrong wire, causing an explosion that takes both him and Officer and the scene cuts there. For cosmetics, give Sniper these: Bill's Hat and Rifleman's Regalia, and maybe remove glasses if possible. For Engie, give him Trencher's Topper, Trencher's Tunic and Winter Backup. Question: how many seconds do you have when you let go of the spoon?

It differs between the different types and models of grenades, but quickly googling it seems it's usually between 2.5 - 5 seconds (in this video it's much shorter for the comedic effect)
