If not using the D cell batteries my question is were would you use the adapter I didn't see on the video you plug it into the wall is this safe using electrical and propane together thanks and appreciate the video

Could you please explain what you mean by “a regulated 11” water column propane source”, which you use at the 2:23 min. segment of this video, as I’m totally new at this, and so I don’t understand the inference of this terminology. Thank you.
