Well not specifically that, but yeah you usually will need to say something before killing someone - for example a nice one liner like they do in the movies before they execute someone. Otherwise it's RDM.

It's not as overt as that but they need to initiate somehow, otherwise its classed as a random death match (rdm). You often hear groups before a fight discuss who's going to say something and what they're gonna say before they start shooting - even just a 'fuck your gang' is enough in most war situations. There's a bit of nuance to it, like I think a /me or some good emote use would suffice in some contexts, while in others just rolling up and saying 'fuck you' and shooting would still be rdm if theres no rp reason for it to happen, but essentially they're meant to make sure the person or group have a chance to know what's happening before they're knocked down and should do enough rp in each situation to give them that opportunity.

K's messages might cause admins to immediately look into things, but I don't believe the narrative that they will ban anyone because K said so. If you do believe that though, then you basically accuse the admin team and Ravage for having no integrity. From what I've seen from Ravage and his team with handling bans is that it has been fair. Otherwise, why wouldn't Suarez just not be banned for 3 days for VDM (or nut or zolo). That would imply that they "allow" those bans as a cover-up, which is too far down the tinfoil rabbit hole for my taste. Perma bans don't fall from the sky out of nowhere.

I play on a free, partially whitelisted server. (police, ems etc have to be whitelisted) The experiences i have there are insanely good. Multiple restaurants open at the same time, multiple car dealerships, weed stores, gym's, pawn shops, races being organized, multiple events a week organized by different buisnesses, like 10+ well established gangs with custom clothes and chains, vehicle liverys and all. Insane amount of custom items, a awesome team of admins... Posted a random video a few weeks ago: City Fishing Badlands RP Goodluck finding that type of stuff on no-pixel or prodigy. All these RP servers with big streamers get so weird.
