2 + hour court case and the final verdect was that there was no time frame. The events were clearly explained. Mr K was on the ground while a vehicle was fleeing. Cop #1 should have chased to investigate then had the secondary unit see if the civilian was ok, gsr tested (not searched) and waited for paramedics to finish treatment before seeing weather he shot or not to arrest and search. Instead they crowded the body to block anyone from taking him away, while assuming that he was a criminal. Interupted treatment to handcuff him. Then after all that, was sent to jail unfairly even though he never had a gun in his hand. RP trials need more flexability and better judgment depending on who gave a better effort as a lawyer. At the end of the day, laywers are acting and need gratifacation from winning arguments in court. So the judge needs to lean towards the side that won the argument more because it isn't real and there is no need to treat the situation the same as real life because the world is litterally Grand Theft Auto Role Play.

The persecution was trying to get take to say the the kidnappers were trying to get someone in the car and leave with them to be a kidnapping. I’m pretty sure kidnapping can literally be making someone move from one room to another through force
