I wish that my film class had that type of enthusiasm after watching Dead Poets Society! It was truly beautiful, a wonderful film filled with passion and inspiration, love and care, and it brought sadness along with it. I was in tears by the end of my class, and still in tears going into 2nd period. Neil as a character had touched me in a way I've never felt, I've never been more pulled into a singular character, and that's because I've never had so many similarities with one. Not to mention, Mr. John Keating, or Oh Captain, My Captain. He's given me hope as a child who never grow up with a father figure. He's someone I can look up to in that way and he's just a meer film character, a character and a few words written in a book. This film introduced me to two beautiful characters and I'm truly grateful that I was able to watch this movie.

this small scene starting at 02:15 will ever brings these tears to my eyes, which will make my papers in front of me wet. Seeing how Robin is smiling and for just a split second is not acting anymore when he raises his arms. just like Robin my brother and my parents commited suicide. reasons I will never find out, but being thankful for the live I had with them, each second of my crazy life as well.
