I've been following Alex for a couple months now, but didn't really watch many videos. I'm a big Roman Atwood fan too, and listening to the podcast episode that Alex was on was really cool. Really just a genuine dude killing it. Keep up the work! Also just wanted to add - I've never really been religious. I grew up with a single mom, who would take me and my brother to the temple (buddhist) every now and again. As I've grown older, I've drifted away from any religions, not because I don't believe in a higher being, but I just wasn't interested in learning about it. That podcast episode where Roman and Alex talked about their faith was really eye-opening for me. As any new "believer," i'd assume, would be hesitant to commit to a religion, I definitely am trying/open to learning more about Christianity for myself. I don't think I'll ever be extremely in tune with it, but that's just my impression right now. I think learning about Christianity could be very useful and important, just due to the core beliefs and always giving glory to a higher being. Without going into too much detail, I went through a lot (depression) towards the midpoint and end of 2022. I was able to get back on my feet earlier this year, and it's made me think a lot about the presence of God. I've never once sat by myself and tried to pray, but during my depression, I felt like I was trapped. I did pray one day in December with tears streaming down my face, just saying something like "I don't know who I'm speaking to and I don't know if there's anyone even listening, but I hope that you can help me find my way back." I'm not saying that it led to anything, but I think just even giving it a chance made a big difference for me. This is all coming from someone, who honestly thought religion was a waste of time and pointless. Thank you, Alex, for continuing to stay true to yourself and spreading your message because it truly helps save people more than anyone can comprehend.

I am 172 As well at 6'0 and 10-15% body fat and I don't look NEARLY as ripped or as big, you're definitely right when you say you look bigger. Super good genetics in terms of insertions, muscle bellies, fat deposits.
