Those droid ships were presumably staffed entirely by robots, and almost certainly would not have had any life support systems. It would be surprising if they even bothered to seal them. It would be cheaper and easier to simply allow the vacuum to fill the ship.

I agree with you on most points but there's several things that didn't add up. They werent instructed to kill the jedi until after they drank tea. Also the Jedi wouldn't have just said ok and left if they said they were invading the planet. That doesn't really make sense. There's a couple more things that are in the movie you must have missed and some issues with part 1 but I'm going to watch it all because it's entertaining and you do make many many good points.
