He outlines the top areas of challenges when applying the guidelines and highlights them with case studies. New guidelines released in Spring 2017 by the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) will provide a comprehensive update to guide clinicians in best practices for assessing all forms of valvular regurgitation.
