“While I do not see much opportunity for change in the hardlined Taliban, I do think that the international community has been falling short and amongst other things, been doing a disservice to all victims and survivors, especially women and girls. This is because the international community lacks coherence, unity, a vision and a plan. And this, I believe, is being exploited by the Taliban."
