Coming back to this retroactively after the recent "Ms. LemonS" upload, I'm guessing now that the part at the end about the "Useless Text" file is to be used somehow with the "Project UroboroS" we've seen in the "Ms. LemonS" video, though it's probably updated Also apparently now both games are connected - someone else mentioned that losing your hand and eye in Ms LemonS can be regained by getting to the point in Mr TomatoS where you have to feed him an eye and a hand, so the Project UroboroS thing about her wounds being present in "all dimensions" means that game (and essentially all three games by this developer when released) will all be connected and used together with Project UroboroS, and what happens in one game can affect the others

the name of the item is antidote, you can get one by changing you safe file, you can also use your save file to get a password for an secret ending after you completed the game

That file looks awfully a lot like code. Maybe one of those letter to number codes? The end screen had Wingdings that said something too. Also that last item was never unlocked. Maybe the file has instructions on how to get it? It looks like some kind of ID or tag.

The "fear" is not wanting to lose the game. it's technically a horror game remember, just because it doesn't invoke it, fear is still supposed to be the driving emotion of the genre. You shouldn't live in a constant state of anxiety (which is clinical fear, you don't seem smart enough to have known that) over your partner, its scientifically unhealthy and is timidly linked to development of brain tumors. Which i would assume you have if I was being so presumptive.
