Rogue's dog sled also features a wraparound rail kit (clearly optional and clearly for a premium!) - what do think of that one? I've read some not-so-reassuring comments about Shogun's customer service, whereas Rogue's a well-established, world-wide fitness juggernaut.

The shipping times & cx service is horrible! Be prepared to wait at least a month and a half till you get the sled!

Is this any better than the Sorinex Root Hog sled or the Vulcan trencher, even? I'm worried about it being too narrow, almost too compact, especially the width at which the upright posts are spaced - aren't they too narrow?

I appreciate the discount code saving me a few dollars. The shogun website says mounting hardware is included. What does that looks like? Is it for mounting the sled to the wall for storage?

I'm so tight with this company right now! Customer service is horrible. It's just bots. I ordered and the poles haven't come yet. And no one to talk to! I wish I never ordered from them. I ordered it because I wanted a push sled. Now I have a regular sled. 😡

Thanks for the response. I finally got a response from them telling me why I haven't received the poles, The funny thing is, when I googled up to see if anyone else had an issue not receiving poles, the poles seemed to be a major problem along with bad customer service. Each one of us gets a different story. I have been using it as a pull sled, it is a sturdy sled, I do like it. It moves well on grass and cement. I don't know how well it moves being pushed as I haven't received the poles. I'm returning it and purchasing the Rogue slice so I can have the poles. (A few days after I got a response from them, I contacted them again to let them know I haven't received a tracking number and again it's crickets )😕 7:34

Very quiet on smooth concrete mate and a little louder on rougher concrete!

Would you pick this over the freak athlete multi sled?

I would recommend it over the FAE sled, although both are excellent. If you want a slightly cheaper option, the FAE works great.
