They should bring back Hisuan Typhlosion as a Mega Evolution. Same for Hisuan Dicidueye and Hisuan Samurott. Arceus did a little reworking which could easily explain that they're only accessible via Mega Evolution in the modern day.

I love how Decidueye was an archer, based on the Stilt-Owl, a species of owl native to Hawaiian that went extinct. This is why Decidueye is a Ghost-Type and has long legs. Hisuian Decidueye was a Samurai Archer. With its head feathers made to resemble a ayaigasa hat, which was worn by samurai archers for hunting or ceremonial purposes. Hisuian Decidueye might also be based on Cikap-kamuy, the god of owls and the land in Ainu culture, who are the indigenous people of Hokkaido.

The Therian Formes are based on "the Four Gods", figures of ancient Chinese astrology and geomancy. Originally there were 3 members represented by an azure dragon, fenghuang, and qilin/kirin. Dude, you completely forgot to talk about how broken Hisuian Lilligant is. Victory Dance is such a strong move and with access to moves like Leaf Blade, Poison Jab, and Close Combat it can obliterate so many Pokémon. Mine single handedly carried me through the two Giratinas during the Volo fight.

It also had been maxed as much as I could with grit items since it was my favorite team member so it was only natural id max it as much as possible, although I think I only managed to get its attack to 10 by then with every other stat being around 7 and SpAtk being at 0 because I never planned to use it

Basculegion is also my favorite Hisuian pokemon, it’s just so cool how they revived a totally irrelevant old rod fish into an actual usable pokemon, hopefully it gets phantom force and scale shot in scarlet/violet.

it is in scarlet/violet now. in the hidden treasures of area 0 dlc, inside the teal mask, there is white stripe basculin. it can also evolve into basculegion using the same way as in hisui. not sure if it gets those moves tho.

Unpopular opinion: I actually don't like Overqwil and Hisuian Typhlosion. Overqwil looks like they took Hisuian Qwilfish, opened photoshop, and enlarged the body shape and the spikes but leaving the eyes as small as they can be, ruining the design (I do dig the 2D artwork, though) And Hisuian Typhlosion... It just looks high, which DESTROYS any kind of threat it might impose. The combat model saves it, but it's still not enough. I do admit, the designs have grown on me over time, but there's no way I'm letting these two in my team (quite sadly)

There's no way you can say Dialga looks better than Palkia. This is coming from somebody who likes Dialga more, and got Diamond and Brilliant Diamond over the Pearls. They just fucked my mans up. Palkia pulls off the centaur look, but I can't fathom why they thought Dialga needed to look like he has a satellite stuck in his throat. Without that I wouldn't complain at all.
