Put together a nice presentation in the form of a PDF file that you can share with them. Include main features, benefits and a few testimonials to build up trust and authority. Emphasise the fact that this is a DEDICATED solution DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY for appointment booking with XX thousand users already (making them think their current web designer won't have access to is nor would they have enrolled this many users). Then mention that the regular price is $750 but if you go ahead with it this week, we have a special offer running for just $599 all inclusive (or whatever you want to charge them). That should do the trick nicely

Doesn't matter if it takes 10 minutes to install. You will still need to spend time calling them, getting hold of the details of their website, back and forth communication while settings things up, etc... this is time that's valuable to you. Also, from their point of view, you're a specialist providing a very unique solution to a problem they have. Any business person is happy to fork out money to optimise their workflow... Don't see it as a simple "plugin" but as a "solution". Majority of business owners have no idea what a WordPress plugin is so you can charge them whatever 👍

I have a question Mr Web, once we manage to get a client that wants a booking system installed into their website. how do we do this? What I mean by this is how do we get access to their website so that we can install the booking system? do we need their word press log in details or how does this work as some business might not remember their word press login or have had it designed by someone else. thank you

1) Usually you would ask them to create a temporary admin user and share those credentials. Once the job is done, they can delete that user. 2) If the website is managed by an agency or a freelancer, you can build a wordpress website on your server, install everything there and ask them to add a "Book Now" button on their website. That way you don't need to interfere with anything at all. The booking system work as a stand-alone solution if you wish 👍

I understand point number one. point number two however confuses me a little bit, what do you mean by this. could you please explain it in a little bit more detail, in almost a step by step. Yes you can achieve that using The Plus Addons for Elementor and their Display Conditional Rules feature

Very interesting Video. How much can you usually charge for installing a plugin? I mean it is not that complicated to do it I imagine.

It depends on your client. It's all based on perceived value here. If you client can make 500 - 1000 per week in revenue using this plugin , you can charge them 2K easy. That means they'll recoup their investment in 2 weeks tops. Note that your clients DO NOT know how to install a plugin, and have no idea what's involved in setting it up. All they are interested in is "How much can they make with it per week/month". Take that value in divide by 3 or 4 and that's about how much you should charge.

@@tomitomhd1101 The plugin presented here was just as an example. You can also install a sales funnel plugin for them, or whatever really. You just need to extrapolate the principle to fit your expertise and client base. If you can help them save time, streamline their workflow or make money, they'll be willing to pay you for your services. Just need to find your own niche 👍
