Marie biscuits must be a specific sweet vanillary kind. We have Marie biscuits here in Denmark to and it's a really old kind of biscuits. Just wiki'ed it and it's was named Marie after the marriage of one of the Russian tzars daughters. It was created in 1875. It's the same at rich tea but is names Marie in most other countries than the UK

You get a lot of these treats in South Africa too. The cadbury's chocolate has the addition of some sort of stabilizer because of the heat we experience. While it prevents the chocolate from melting it unfortunately does affect the taste, and gives the chocolate a waxy feel.

When was this video made? Haven't seen a Bis-kit or Slam in about 10 years. Chomps have always had the wafer in the middle. And the difference between Korn Kurls and Chicken Flings is that the Flings are baked, not fried (read the packet). KK leave a greasy residue on your fingers. Both are great for teething babies and most Zimbo kids have them as snacks at birthday parties. You have to try biltong and dry wors along with Zambezi or Bohlingers beer.

The mic is probably fine, but if you're trying to cut down on echo the answer isn't changing the mic but treating the recording space. The plainer, smoother the walls the more echo you'll get. You can fix this by hanging up curtains or other loose fabrics to dampen the sound.

1:34 - They're actually a British creation (named after Duchess Maria Alexandrovna of Russia), and are common all over the world (with slight variations in name: Marie / Maria / Mary / Marietta / etc.). For some reason they didn't really catch on in the UK or USA, but they're easy to find in most other countries. Great for chocolate salami.
