@Arakai137 жыл бұрын
Loose leaf tea always lets a bit of the tinier leaves out of the vessel unless you have a very fine filter for it. The bagged kind even lets a bit of tea out, if you look at the bottom of the empty container the teabags were in, you'll see the powder-like leaves that have fallen through. You usually don't end up drinking too much of the escapee leaves, as steeping lets them settle to the bottom of the teapot/teacup so you can leave the like teaspoon of tea that's left to hold all those leaves. Also! It seems like you're more of a sweet tooth guy, rather than the bitterness of black tea! (Honestly if you hate plain black tea then you will hate ANY black tea) Might I suggest trying out a herbal/tisane tea? They're mainly dried fruit and/or flowers, and don't have black tea leaves in it so it doesn't taste bitter at all. Maybe you'll like that better for testing tea gadgets. Tisane tea is definitely the sweetest kind of tea, and it's even great to brew some and chill it for iced tea!

You put salt in the black pug, and pepper in the white pug! What kind of monster are you?!
@bellawoodley7 жыл бұрын

It's because of how it was designed, salt pots typically have a singular hole (which the black pug had) and pepper pots typically have 3 or more (which the white pug had)
@thedanegirl22247 жыл бұрын
It is the other way around because people usually want more salt than pepper (therefore more holes) but otherwise you are right :D

That final Egg McMuffinizer thing at the end honestly seems more complicated, messy, and a higher chance to burn yourself than just using a toaster and a pan. It's a horrible unitasker and doesn't make cooking an egg sandwich any easier. Also, side note, tailgating here in the states not only refers to riding someone's bumper in traffic like you said, but also the act of having a cookout in the parking lot right before a sporting event. Typically it's an American football game, but any sporting event will do.
@thomasjenkins75067 жыл бұрын

I actually owned one of those (before forgetting it in the last apartment I lived in...) and it was amazing. The thing I loved most about it was that it cooked an egg in a good shape to make the sandwich. And it was fun. The problem here is that he used way too big of a piece of meat, so it didn't sit properly.
@baloneyyeet12797 жыл бұрын
MysticJhn with the sandwich maker, it was just because his meat patty was way too thick. If you have the proper size patty, then it's actually a LOT easier to make than normally making one.
@KhaoticButterfly7 жыл бұрын
I have a double one from Hamilton Beach and its very simple. I barely read the directions and i was off and running. His meat patty was fare to big and when he dropped it the cook plates popped off the machine. you are not suppose to drop it. the handles do not get as hot as he makes it look. but if your afraid you will get burned just a paper tower folded in 4s will be just fin. an oven mitt is way to think you wouldn't be able to grab the handle

We have one of the breakfast sandwich makers, and it's amazing. I like to put some avocado (seasoned with salt, pepper and smoked paprika) on the bottom half. My partner often just makes an egg muffin with brown sauce to eat on his way to work. Utterly delicious and so easy to clean up.
@bartonez1233 жыл бұрын
You could just get a frying pan. Cook all the things the same, can use different meats, get a better result and easier to use and clean up. Also can use it for other things too... probably cheaper as well. It literally outperforms this thing in every single way.
@1addition1subtraction3 жыл бұрын
@@bartonez123 I would disagree because it makes assembly easy and it seems pretty easy to clean. I have made sandwiches and muffins on the stove and no matter how much oil you use the egg will always stick to it and it’s a pain to clean.

I think both. Pump it while in the water to get water through faster, lift and squeeze to get rid of liquid before standing up.
@gt62257 жыл бұрын
No. He read it out loud and the box said that squeezing it will make the water flow inbetween the tea leaves and get the flavour out. So itis meant to be squeezed while brewing the tea. And then after the tea is done you can squeeze it more to get the remaining tea out. :)

Barry, here in the US, tailgating does mean getting right up on someone's rear while driving. However, it also means having a party that usually involves grilling/cooking and stuff out of the back of a car or truck; this is usually associated with sporting events. I'm not a "sporting event" person myself, so I've never actually done this.

Hey Barry; there are two definitions of tailgating in the US. The first is the one you mentioned and the second is: "host or attend a social gathering at which an informal meal is served from the back of a parked vehicle, typically in the parking lot of a sports stadium."

In Kentucky, tailgating is when we basically have our food all on the bed/ back of a vehicle and then cook the food. Basically we eat on the end of a truck or whatever, just in case anyone thinks it, we don't just sit the food on the back of our vehicles, they're on plates and all that.

From a non-brit who actually likes tea: 1. Having some leaves in your tea when you don't use bags, is perfectly normal. 2. Especially with cheap tea like Twinings. There's a lot of smaller tea pieces and dust in them. 3. Try a better tea, and don't add milk, just sugar? 4. Don't fight it. My ex boyfriend, who is British, didn't like tea either. I'll just drink the tea for you! :)
