Yes, they want you to focus on the reduced sugar, but not on the salt they putting in it. It is highly likely it is made from scrapes of preprocessed food. When you make scraps food from other food scraps, of course you won’t be left with much to eat. Hence less sugar and calories. It is less food than lunchables with double the price.
