Here's an unpopular opinion; JTV claims that Delaware was bullied by the prosecutor into accepting a guilty plea. This happens all the time. I personally have a completely bullshit domestic violence charge on my record because the prosecutor basically sat me down and told me the only way I'm going to get out of it without being financially ruined was to take the plea. It's bullshit. Plea deals are bullshit and I think that any case involving a guilty plea deal should be reexamined by the courts for this reason.
