Bro, remeber me? I'm sure U do. Ur kinda right but we can't completely blame Mr.Beast for this. This is a bit different from gambling. Gambling is marketed as 'gambling' but this stuff is. a chocolate that gives U a chance to try ur luck in a tricky way. My conclusion: This isn't wrong but still varies person to person. Most of his audience are kids, so this can make them think this in a gambling game way but the matures ones will take it easy a just a bit of a free gift. So Beast is kinda wrong becuz he did this with kids. There's little to no expectation of maturity when we use the word 'kids'.
