If you want to tow, wrap the tow line around your peg 2-3 times and then stand on it. It won't come loose and when you get into a sketchy situation just lift your foot and you'll break loose. When going on long group rides, I would tie some paracord around my rear peg just incase I needed to tow anyone. Always worked.

he locked the front brakes, you could see the front fork compress a bit when he did that. You aren't supposed to be able to do that since the front brake is where the throttle is, but it's fairly easy to bypass.
