You scratched the bottom for me Mr. BMG when I saw the lady that sells lentils. I can see the courage it took for her to go out and sell on the the street rather than die in hunger. I am sure she is probably supporting her family. Bless you too my friend.

The people of Ethiopia are very innocent and hard workers, unfortunately they never a good leadership of their government. Ethiopia suppos to be a rich country with a fertile land and many rivers, however their successive leaders are a puppet of USA and western countries put their people on civil war, conflict with neighboring countries and poverty! Ethiopia claims never colonized African country but in reality Ethiopia is the most neocolonized African country. I wish the best for the innocent and hard worker people!

Thos Kids come fron These children come from the country side like the boy who was polishing your shous spaks Amaharic with an accent I think comes from the south of Ethiopia. They come to Addis and work hard and later become businessmen

The shoe shine boy was honest. The scammer was the translator. He told him to say 100 birr. My Apology for that scammer.

I certainly can say that you are so generous and have soft heart. But can't study culture of citizens especially greeting and the way you talk to them. Knowledge of culture is good. You did blessing work for street seller of roated grains

don't ask anyone this type of question Which part of ethiopia we are the same Please mr bmg next time don't ask okay i appreciate your content from juba atlabara

Mr.BMG I’m liking the diversity of your content but you can’t advertise everything the shoe cleaner is in every area . People can’t go far for a shoe cleaning . Beware of the hopes of the people you are advertising. 😊Also the shoe cleaner was honest from the beginning but the translator was scamming you. God Bless You for helping people!

When offering support to someone, do so discreetly. In Ethiopian culture, it is generally not appreciated to record such acts of support for self-display. As seen in the video, the shoeshine boy appears embarrassed when given extra money while being recorded. Plus the shoeshine boy is not a scammer-he did not mention a specific price. Instead, the individual standing nearby and speaking to you seems to be the one engaging in overpricing.
