By the way to answer your first question Mr. BMG I'm in Wisconsin, USA. No place in the U.S. will take you to jail for not wearing a seatbelt. They give warnings or they give you a ticket to pay a fine which I am sure the cost can vary widely .

I hope some of these investments end up creating work for people at a fair wage. In my opinion it's always best to have people that decide to live in the country invest in it....but I guess you need to take what you can get to develope. It's a good thing. In developing try to get the government in impose workers rights.
