You only have to buy the takeover option once. Once you leave and enter again, it will give you two options when entering. The two options are, enter LS car meet or take over.

No no no! 76 spots just allows for a full lobby plus NPC vehicles. The fact that it’s a shared space, you get the same number of spots as in the regular LS Car Meet…don’t read into this since we know NOTHING!!!

I think what should've been added as well, is another variation to the Benny's workshop but for the tuners DLC. Or at least an update to the Benny's workshop with more vehicles or better interior for the vehicles.

Basically you get reputation level 20, you can take over the car meet, it removes all npcs and mimi and it only costs 50k and when you go to the door to the ls car meet you will now have 2 options, to enter your private takeover or the main ls car meet *THE 50K IS A 1 TIME PURCHASE AND WILL NOT NEED TO BE PURCHASED EVERY SESSION, OR AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME*

if the building warehouse was roughly 1/2 the size you might have like 35 or 38, if it was double you might have 150+ so dont think the 76 has to mean anything special necessarily also you need extra spaces for the npc vehicles

I don’t know if it’s because you’re on pc but my takeover lasted long as I was in session. I did the whole prep and heist for cayo then did the prep & heist for the auto shop, I forgot all about the takeover but every time I went to the car meet I had the option of the car meet or takeover

One person said they had 2/3 days and then they logged in and found it reset to 0. SO that tells me you're against a 24 hour cooldown timer AND/OR the calendar day. Late-night players have an awkward position. if say you score a top 3 at 10pm on Day 1, and 11pm on day 2, you have until 11:59pm on day 3 to score that top 3 or it'll reset you at 12am, which is then technically day 4. I'm not positive on a 24 hour timer, but for sure the calendar day. I first ran around noon or so day 1, day 2 was before noon (probably about 11am) and again yesterday at 12pm. I was able to unlock the car. Someone else probably has exacts, but the calendar day seems to be the trigger.
