So we have a different version that there is a bet for pocket pairs with aces paying 30-1 and instead of a trips bet there is a 5- card bet which still pays you on trips or better - there is also a ante bonus instead of a blind which pays the same I’ve played two times table is always jammed but came out ahead 100 dollars both times best of luck thanks for sharing 😊🍀

I love this game. I usually play 2x the minimum Ante on all spots, including trips. My biggest hand was 4 8's, coincidentally, on my 1st cruise.

i wouldn't play "trips" at all. literally just wasting $$. even if u were dealt a pocket pair your odds of hitting the minimum "3 of a kind" is still about 1 in 7.

I rarely play the trips. i note you only had one trip payout on all the hands you played. Good way to bleed out your money. I also have a three strike rule. if dealer hits pocket pairs three times or I lose a strong hand I usually leave the table. At a recent game in Vegas I quit after the dealer destroyed three strong hands. I them retreated to a bar close by and then watched the same dealer absolutely wipe out everyone who came to that table over the next three hours. Good move on my part. I love the game but am a realist when the cards are not falling my way.
