Dealers use to have clickers at their table and when someone asked for a beverage, the dealer would click it and server would come. If it took too long, the dealer would click it more. The pit boss would usually stroll to that table on the second or third time to make sure players got serviced. I miss the good days when casinos took care of their guests.
