What a wonderful reaction. I am from Mexico and I was the same age as Luis Miguel when this song came out, so right when I was starting to enjoy music. This song brought my brother and me together since we would take the guitar and start singing it. This song, therefore, means a lot to me. I am sure this song means a lot to many other people for different reasons. Great reaction.
