You have to cook it twice. First is boil it with mixture of cooking oil and water at low heat..no pre-heating necessary for the pan and the mixture. Boil it from 2-3 hours.dont use salt and other seasoning let it dry a bit to avoid splattering. After that cook it again with a pre-heated oil for 3 minutes only. Poke the skin for checking the crispness. Then pull it out the pan.
