He did it because he thought the guy was poor due to the way he looked naw homie was a cop from another state and sued the piss out the state and cop himself.poor people pay their fine they won't fight the charges because it's hard to miss days worth of pay to go to these types of things. Aslo have to pay a lawyer over 18k just to rep you. So they settle and pay small fines or what not to be able to go about their life's again. Being poor what's sounds better paying 160 on a tick and go about your day or pay over 18k you dont have and miss days of work unpaid.

I saw "law enforcement" personnel during the Ahmad Aubrey protests beat, shoot, and tear gas peaceful protesters who were doing nothing. So I'd say that reasonable people have good reason to think that law enforcement in the USA has gone too far. The USA has the highest incarceration rate in the world yet all I hear is that we need more cops to arrest people. How about we try to understand why people are becoming violent instead of spending money on more cops and prisons?

Cops don't know the Law. They are told by DAs to apply Color of Law (DMV Code) to non-commercial travel. This violates Title 18 sec. 241 & 242 (Treason). When cops violate their Oath its Treason, but the BAR (Attorneys) protect the cops because the BAR wants the money made under Color of Law and there is no risk to the BAR only the cops are committing Treason. Travel is a Right, no License or Tags required. Driving is a Privilege (commercial) License and Tags required. Getting criminals (cops) to obey the Law is difficult, ignoring the Law is what criminals do to be criminals. There are not vehicle Laws in the Constitution (Law), all vehicle Law is Corporate Policy (Color of Law).

I live in the Central Valley (45 minutes south of Fresno) and being a motorcycle rider, and soon to be EV scooter rider, I have to say the person shooting this video is one of the reasons EV scooters/bikes will have to be registered. The rider on the motorcycle should have educated himself on what is required to ride a motorcycle on streets/highways as well as the noise restrictions that have been passed in the recent years here in the Valley. They are both lucky they the motorcycle officer was professional, informative and empathetic because Fresno PD is known for having vehicles impounded for the slightest infractions. Both these riders were in the wrong, as is this title. The motorcycle was pulled over, not the ebike.

For younger people, a Kawasaki Mach IV 750 is about as rare as a Porsche 356. Classic blue and yellow license plates as well. The expansion chamber exhaust system is tuned to help get air/fuel mixture in and out of the combustion chamber in a resonant sort of way. Kind of like hitting a note on a clarinet. They are notorious for being loud.

Bottom line is, everybody knows that there is noise restriction limits on the books. If you ride something that you know is loud you know that you're walking the line. Whether you get pulled over or not for it, or get issued a citation or just a warning, is strictly up to the officer, and the area in which they are in which may or may not have been getting a lot a complaints about noise from the citizens there. When you play sometimes you got to pay. And those fines pay for the Police department salaries otherwise we would be paying more in taxes to cover it..

Wouldn't take me 15 minutes to have turn signals all done using factory wiring, screws, holes, bolts, or studs. The exhaust is already modded so adding any muffler on it would be even easier. Every cop I've ever seen on a scooter rides them in their personal time. He knew how easy it is to mod them.

@@user-neo71665 Hell yeah. I'm a Yamaha and Kawasaki tech and I helped my boss who owns the dealership I worked at restore an old H2 so he could park it next to a new H2 in his showroom. And except for the kick start in stock trim it had everything any modern bike has. Brake lights, hi and low beams, turn signals, mirrors, all that sh!t. And if you know anything about 2 strokes you know they love a big expansion chamber and small tail pipe for back pressure. They love and respond good to mufflers and are loud as hell even with mufflers.

@@MrMatthewb9876 Drag bikes have two speeds. Off. And oh sh!t!!!!! You'd have hard time to ride them on the street. It would foul out the plugs. And before that you'd be either stalling it out a bunch or almost killing yourself. You can't roll into the throttle on a two stroke drag bike. At least not one where it's pushing so much air that mufflers are a disadvantage. But you look back at old 2 stroke motocross, superbike and moto gp bikes. All those bikes had mufflers.

The only way you are getting 750W to 50mph and 350W to 35mph is using a massive!!! 72v controller or something. And at that point the motor is peaking well beyond its nominal outputs and will surely burn out in no time. I should rephrase my comment, under normal means it’s impossible to push a 750w motor to 44mph using any conventional controller say that would be paired with a 750w motor Say 48v to 52v.

In 1981 I purchased a brand new Motobecane Le Champion and replaced every component with Campagnolo parts and an all leather with copper rivets Brooks Racing Saddle. People were amazed that I was riding, easily, with the flow of traffic. I had raced the Coors Classic for a few years and daily would ride up and down into Shoshone Falls at least three times per day. I never had a cop tell me that I was breaking the law. They were as flabbergasted as all of the vehicleites were. Sucks seeing people getting hassled!

You should always carry identification especially on a bike. I had a cousin who went out for a soda and got her car totaled. She had no id on her and the car belong to a friend who died in the crash. She was a john doe in an hospital for 9 months before she got her memory back. So just saying keep some form of Id on your runs.

It’s nice to have a “ bike” that can go with the traffic speed but I too think if you abuse it, eventually they will start regulating it. In California, they love to regulate EVERYTHING, hence the misdemeanor for modified exhaust. It started with a few cars and then every fast n furious wannabe did it and now it’s a crime. Given that they want to be green with everything, I don’t really see regulations having too much bite, but I think most drivers in the state think bikes being allowed in any lane is pretty stupid, especially when the riders think the laws don’t apply to them.

its like that everywhere. in the drone world there are enough laws to punish the idiots who abuse their quads. however bureaucrats (who don't even fly) think it's not enough and want to introduce more....like stupidass remote ID

The police officer was a gentleman, that's becoming rare and you two were lucky for it. You have the Right to remain silent, that isn't usually the best option unless you're trying to piss off the police, but remaining close to silent is prudent because everything you say WILL be used against you. The next officer might not consider himself a servant of the community, but the enforcer of the very long rule law.

Man, you both were super lucky. I live in damn California too, and got pulled over on my old Harley which is over 30 years old and he gave me a ticket for loud exhaust. You can’t believe what I had to go through. All told ended up costing me over $2000 as I had to put it back to stock and take it to a referee station. It wasn’t close to being as loud as the motorcycle on your video.

I mean - unless you buy a DOT approved exhaust you should expect a ticket on a loud bike. Most of them even say (not for highway use) on them to keep liability off them. Stock or DOT approved is the only way to do it legally.
