i have almost the exact same bike as you but it is labelled keteles k800. the top speed is slightly lower at 33mph and battery is 1ah larger but they are the only differences. I love the torque and 30mph is plenty fast enough on a bike.

I'm from California too and I say F the e-bike laws there's so many downsides to not having a electric bike they can go faster than 20 mph if my bike only went 20 mph and had lower power there's no way I would make it up the hill to my house which would make owning a electric bike useless thank God my motor goat V3 has yellow bicycle pedals that cops can see from a distance lol
