i really dont understand why any crim still plays on this server...they ALWAYS do bullshit laws and yea it might get fixed for a short amount of time but it ALWAYS comes right back and its basically light bans ...on a "content" server is insane

@@koriyeltsin6989 What's funny you're 100% right i play as a Civ back in 3.0 pigeon gave me a diamond back which is illegal but i put it in my glove box of my car. My car was knocked out of a parking space during the big Hydra Case of 3.0 pd searched it found the gun ran the plates they guessed to was in the case. They wanted to charge me heavy for a gun not on my person. I had to do a boring 3 hour bench trial with that weirdo Siobohan as my judge she was so bipolar then too Murphy and Rosa helped me. I only got resisting because i ran when they tried to jump on me when i had to no clue why. The cops were too happy to give a Civ and felony. I don't wake up really now because grinding is boring and PD are still assholes to civs.

Maximum time should be 1 to 2 hours in jail irl time it's a rp content sever this is where np fails in my opinion

The rules and laws should have one goal, which should be to compliment the RP between Cops and Crims. Regardless if there is a huge time in prison, a storyteller could just blink and say he completed it all. Remembering it's a game and to have fun not just for entertainment purposes but also in the fact that human error or not following the rules to a T. (Example: adding in each Cops part into a report knowing full well one or more of the cops either didn't do their job correctly or got to emotionally involved can ruin it for another player when then the arresting officer has no choice or clear picture of the whole scenario to just read off the report and charge the Crim.) Either way there should be perks to playing either Crim or Cop, 3.0 did that alot better IMO, but having hard caps on punishments, when all players will make a mistake. If everyone's goal is to the betterment of creating an enjoyable scenario to play and watch, it seems counterproductive to not have other ways around this type of stuff. Honestly, the more ways, the better. Lastly, is it just me or does it seem like No Pixel doesn't have a whole lot of Admin involvement compared to most other servers that I've seen. Either settling arguments between players or help smooth out scenes cause of scuff or game mechanic issues. I mean just recently if anyone watches James Randal lately, an admin has been putting a chainsaw into his pocket for LULS…

Ive admittedly caught some shit and instead of the officer being like “heres the book!” The officer and his co talked with me and we came to an understanding and agreeable medium, I was wrong but justifiably enough they argued on my behalf to drop F to M with the magistrate and eventually testified on my behalf. So cops on fantasy land shouldn’t be allowed to hide behind DoJ said so.

Koil has been very hands off this time around I mean to be fair he’s done this for over a decade. He tried to invoke change in character in RP and it didn’t go well. He doesn’t want to pull the “I’m the owner” card but I think he should at this point. Part of the reason he doesn’t hang out with CG as much because everyone thought “CG favoritism” when he was pretty unbiased and would buff and nerf both sides as needed

That is what I have been thinking, but since they want them to "affect" the crim. Increase the fines so they spend more time grinding, but at least have the ability to drop what they are doing to create content for the viewers. The people making these laws have forgotten that without the viewers none of them would have had the ability to make this a career. Piss off the community enough and they will leave and all of them will go back to a 9-5 job.

If someone can set the money up and take the hit but then maybe have to catch someone and bring them in to get the money back lmao. The bail system really is for people who dont normally do crimes. They can stay out of jail and continue with civilian RP. If criminals use bail it just prolongs your sentence, and adds charges later when you get caught again

I say increase the fines and drastically lower the time. Hell, put a cap on the time they can give you. Giving someone that much time is the equivalent of a soft ban. Bail system, seen as a small glimmer of hope, but surprise surprise it is a complete joke. The system is just meant to real time punish a person pretending to be a criminal in a game. You can hear and see the frustration on Kebun. If the viewers are dissatisfied with the system, I can't even imagine how done the crims are with it.

Nah. This server is already a grind and the fines are already high as Snoop. There should be a max number of times someone can be charged for the same crime per instance. For example, that x40 component charge should be maxed at something like x10. Or they could charge x40 but the time/fines stop adding up at x10.
