Don't you know.' 🙂 Compared with Jonathan Cecil who actually grew up speaking as Wooster would have spoken, having also attended Eton, or even the likes of Stephen Fry who also grew up speaking the RP of yesteryear he lacks the ease which makes their narrations so easy to listen to. His, I find, is rather too monotonous as he needs to concentrate on an accent which is 2nd nature to most English actors. Plus all the best narrators are also trained and experienced actors and well used to adopting different personas. Try reading a book out loud yourself. It isnt easy. The other side of the coin is that the RP plummy accent is what ruins Shakespeare for many especially once one hears his works spoken in OP aka the Original Pronuncuation developed by linguist David Crystal. The puns and jokes suddenly make sense.
