Signposting is when you indicate to a patient you are going to move to a different or difficult subject. For example, "I am now going to ask you a bit about your past medical history" or "I have some personal questions to ask" and so on

This is discouraging , making me unsure to take the exam because I'm not english

Please don't be discouraged! The aim is to help focus your revision. There are a number of things you can do, including talking in English with your colleagues to help improve your English, as well as practicing in English rather than your native language. Plan your revision for between 4-6 months before you want to take it, which gives you 3-months before you have to apply - and the key is practising methodically. If you need to improve your English, you can take extra courses online before the exam. If you want to try some more videos and practice, visit clinicalskillspro.com/courses/pass-the-mrcp-paces-free-trial/ which has an entire PACES exam for free that you can use to test yourself and see when you are ready.
