Random rare chests with "almond water" (potions) and "royal rations" (steak) would be pretty cool to see, and would mimic the chance of finding supplies in the real Backrooms. It would also be cool if there were certain rooms that were safe from the monster (by using doors) with larger chests and more supplies in them (maybe even some weapons) to represent the M.E.G. bases!

Lol I’m so glad that I inspired you! So this is how I did it: I had 2 armorstands. One for just the legs and one for the chest and head. Although the second armorstands is raised up slightly so it creates the allusion that the armorstands is taller but in reality it is just two armorstands one slightly taller than the other. Me as a person that is creating a whole story around the Backrooms, I'm actually surprised on how real it is! Backrooms. Backrooms are a dimension created by A Sync to dispose of our trash, the backrooms consist of dozens of levels that can be entered by the following. No-clipping, bending reality, entering a door aka a portal, and finally being sent by an entity. Level zero or level one has actually no entities but A Sync has discovered one and that is that entity aka a bacteria that was evolved said by MatPat.

I made something extremely simmalier to this a few months ago, how exactly do you clear the rooms that are in unloaded chunks? (Also, markers are much more lag friendly)

So I made it not able to clear rooms when you walk far enough. So think of it like the player is a paintbrush painting rooms wherever you walk. Because of Minecraft’s render distance wherever you walk, doesn’t matter how far, armorstands will automatically unload so the lag is relatively low. I used markers and the beginning but the switched to armorstands so I could see them to debug the generation. I just forgot to switch back to armorstands. Honestly to get this done in a week was really challenging. But I’m going to work on this some more. Thanks for watching!!
