I have a 2007 grizzly 700. My throttle cable was getting stuck, so I ended up removing a bunch of parts including the throttle body until it moved freely. The problem is, now it won't crack and there is a code 15 on the display. How do I fix this?

What would cause engine to run very rich and back fire not only through the exhaust but back into intake? If that cold start idle control vale is stuck open. Would it cause engine to run rich? I really need some help can’t figure this thing out. 07 raptor 700 stock.

I thought to calibrate the tps you just fire up POV reset the settings, do a quick pull of the throttle and save the settings??

I have a Raptor 700R 2016 and i dont know the size of the throttle body that i have to use with a big bore kit 105.5 mm.... i will aprecciate your opinion..
@MrCuervoRacing5 жыл бұрын
the +3mm throttle body bore we offer works best up to 80 hp, normally used on stock, stock valve ported and +1mm valve ported heads

Idle screw is just for "cold start". Otherwise it can not even be in there technically, wont make a difference on idle.

YOU EVER THINK OF USING COUNTERSUNK SCREWS ON THE PLATE AND SHAFT?
@MrCuervoRacing5 жыл бұрын
The shafts are cut down to only being 1 side. The plate is too thin to effectively use countersink and taper screws

MrCuervoRacing so i need to adjust my idle screw because according to my trail tech vapor its reading 1480-1580, all i have is a k&n air box delete and a gytr slip on i think, i cant tell if it is just the slip on or full exhaust
