Tbh the dragonborn would make an interesting boss fight Slow time, call a dragon and a storm, gain superhuman speed, Strength, durability and even Strength, able to dash from one side of the arena to the next, mark for death, blast you back, use divine weaponry, maybe even magic. And I'm keeping it short cause he could also make himself ethereal. (Among other things)
