4:23 this is a parry. You can parry any time when you are hitting the ball with the "bunt" button. It helps a lot when the ball goes super fast and you have the ball for a long time. If you try to hit the ball while the person holding it is parrying, you will bounce back and be stunned for a bit.

Stick in there fruit I know your kind of losing views and interest on the channel but just know that even if it doesn't seem like it doing what you enjoy on KZbin really does work. One of my favorite KZbin 6 months ago couldn't get any ads on any videos and was rapidly losing views but he stuck it out for until a couple of months ago. He went from 1 to 5 million subs in less than a year just by being himself and I think you can do it to we support whatever you want to do on the channel as long as you have fun. Keep up the grind and you'll start growing even more.
