thanks for the insightful interview! It is so interesting to hear the perspective and experience of someone who is over 10 years younger than me. How things have changed and opportunities opened up over the past decades. I myself am from Austria, went to Japan first in 2005, lived in Tokyo for one year, went back to Vienna and did the same university studies as Jana. There was no youtube content back then and it was so difficult to stay connected and find good study materials. Nowadays you don't even need a University to study Japanese, anyone can study it for low cost in their freetime with a plethora of online learning possibilites. On the other hand, I had the benefit of not knowing everything about Japan through KZbin before I actually went there, which in a way was magical in itself. Ois guate, Jana - wünsch dir viel Glück! :)
