Hello, The reason one of the cars was not going up was simply because it was empty, it wasn't broken. Many rides of a similar style (like jump 'n' smiles) don't make empty cars go up and down, its just to save on energy as diesel for generators isn't cheap!

Well, when it comes to bang for the buck, it looks insane. And those 2 ppl on the one arm that just spun on ground level while everyone else's did what they were supposed to do, they got screwed out of the full experience in my opinion. Maybe they didn't mind, but it made them look like they were the "bad kids" in class that didn't get to play along w/the others having fun.
