He's basically the symbol for NBC. That would stress anybody out. Anyways, there's a rumor going around that he's developing a pretty bad drinking problem to cope with all the stress he's been under ever since he got the big job. It explains why the show goes on break so often (it's on break this week), and it would also explain why he's constantly wearing casts and breaking his finger. The drinking rumor got so bad that an NBC spokesperson had to go out and deny it. But who knows... I haven't seen him as relaxed as he is in this video in a long time

That "okay" he says at around 4:18 - 4:20 is just gold. He has impressed me so much the last 6 - 12 months. I never really got him until this year. He is so naturally mellow, cool, and funny it is just awesome. He is the type of guy you can't hate no matter how much you want to. He is rich, famous, talented and good looking and yet you still have to like him. Seems like such a good guy, which helps me like him as an actor a lot more. One of my current favourites. He is hilarious. Incredible sense of humour, not afraid to laugh at himself. Bit like Clooney in that regard. Too many Hollywood actors are stuck up and have no sense of humour but he and Clooney for me are two of the funniest. You could sit them down with Louis Ck, Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Larry David etc and they would hold their own. I don't care how good looking you are, without a sense of humour you're a bore.
