this game is a milestone for me no other game has ever made me feel this way its an accomplishment this game made me vomit running trough the terrain with alot of trees passing by in the dark with the FOV made me so nauseous that I started sweating alot and then I threw up afterwards. 👏 No other game has accomplished this before. Also it turns out I'm not the only one others have vomited.

I dropped my lantern by the door that i needed to escape from sawrunner. It worked well as a beacon to see the door from a distance. I just picked up the lantern that was by the doorknob to replace the first lantern that i collected. Thanks for these videos.

I had a similar "made me physically sick" experience with Amnesia: The Dark Descent. On my tenth playthrough of the game, I eventually ended in the Choir - Main Hall, which (in my opinion), is the most terrifying area of any and all survival horror games. Not surprisingly, it took me _two weeks_ to gain the courage to replay that area in the game. Every time I tried to gain the courage to play it, before that two week time span ended, I was reminded of the nightmares that the various Servant Brute encounters have caused me. I basically noped the fuck out of there, until my courage overcame my fear of that area. To this day, I still dread a return to that area. Countless viewings of playthroughs of the game, reading about that area on the Amnesia Wiki on numerous occasions, and 10 playthroughs were not enough to prepare me to face my fears. Now, I do plan doing a 12th playthrough of the game, to celebrate Amnesia: The Dark Descent turning 6 years old. (The game came out in September of 2010). Of course, I'm going to dread that return to the Choir - Main Hall. However, that area is a _very_ long ways away. So, yes, I've been in your shoes.

God you make this section look so easy. I have an absolutely hard time playing this game but I came back to these videos just to be prepared. I STILL don't think I can do it 😂 It's my second time playing it since...2018? My last main save for second playthrough was in September 2020 in the hangman maze section so that shows how much I stall, it's so terrifying. I've watched playthroughs so many times since 2012 but it still gets me...this game is truly horrific and amazing

If you already beat the game and also completed the doctor mode, try using the night vision in the forest. Its much easier to see and less scarier (I think)

Alex Rosales I basically like any game that is good. I love horror games mainly and Mortal Kombat of course. I also like classic retro games from consoles like the SNES/Sega Genesis, I love the Metal Gear Solid games. Other stand out games I loved that I can think of at the moment are Red Dead Redemption, Fallout 3, GTA : San Andreas, Half Life 2, Command & Conquer/Red Alert series ... and there's tons of others and I could go on all day. I haven't played the new Tomb Raider but the old ones on the Playstation were great. The last Tekken game I played was Tekken Tag Tournament 2, I loved it. But I don't really follow the Tekken games too much anymore. Tekken 3 is my favourite too.
