They actually shoot at the images of their neighbors on the screens. We see them set up cameras on their newly built walls and the footage shows their neighbors with weapons, same as them, so the fear builds until they use their weapons and destroy each other and themselves with their fear. This is such an amazing song and video about media use to control the masses. Great reaction!

Rammstein do it again, great message. Thank you this reaction. It is easier to control us when we be afraid. Why should I know bad things what happend over the world. My job here is behive so good as it is possible. Our problem here in western world is that too many people do not think. Be afraid is very hard way to live.

it's been a turn based gym excersie since i can remember, "who's afraid of the black man" one stands against the wall on one side, while 50 other stand on the other side, and the goal is to reach the other side of the room and touch the opposite wall without getting touched by "the black man", now depending of how narrow of room you got, you'll get infested by black and the henchmen of "the black man" and everyone getting touched looses and has to infect others, there can only be one. i honestly like that game bc in the ending "innings" it always turned into rugby match without a ball lol, so basically a highscore game of how many times you touched the opposite wall before getting infected. there also was kindof a chant with this game, at first the designated "black man" would shout "WER HAT ANGST VORM SCHWARZEN MANN?" and the other side would reply "NIEMAND!" then the "schwarzer" would again shout "UND WENN ER KOMMT?" and the other side would reply to that with "DANN REISSEN WIR AUS!" translate the missing parts with google or something i cant be assed, i got my nightshift coming up

Fantastic song. And great social commentary (wouldn't narrow it down on politics). Quite harsh criticism on how anxious our western societies have become. We are being incited by the media to treat our neighbours, with whom we previously lived peacefully, with suspicion, to build walls, to arm ourselves, either with words or actually by installing surveillance cameras. At the slightest wrong word, we attack our fellow human beings on social media. We are falling into the abyss of fear. Rammstein wouldn't be Rammstein if they didn't address the current topic: refugees. In the credits they go one step further, because what they eat are chocolate kisses, which had a different name until the 90s. I can't write that here, otherwise my comment will be blocked. There was a lot of discussion at the time about the name change. Some people still have an issue with the change today, even though it's just about sweets. I had the pleasure of experiencing this song live three times on their last year's stadium tour. It was a blast. Unfortunately it’s not on the set list this year. But other great songs are on it. It's fear mongering, pitting neighbor against neighbor and always something to be scared of. "The black man" means the boogeyman. It's not about black people.
