In America we are obsessed with plastic surgery and looking youthful. Young women now get Botox, etc, regularly to stave off aging. It’s ridiculous, also sad. This song is relatable.

Rammstein (pronounced RUM-SHTINE, think of Einstein) videos are always creative and usually carry several layers of meaning (along with the lyrics). And almost all of their videos will feature the six original members of the band. This video is no different: They all had some body modifications done (prosthetics for the video, obviously) and still seem neither satisfied nor happy. And then there is the contrast with the naturally aged older folks in the audience for whom they perform. Great hook and chorus ("If you want to be beautiful, you also have to suffer"). ✌
