ASMR ~ Zen Garden Whisper (blue sand) ~ Mrheadtingles

Hello tingly's :)
Tonight I'm making zen garden part two with my blue quartz like sand, plus lots of whispering after about a minute. I hope you enjoy it.

I remember growing up making my little cousin color or draw so I could experience ASMR. Until this year I thought I was the only one. When Mr. Rogers cut up construction paper and pasted it together to make a paper chain I remember getting it too. I think you need to make paper chains.

So this is like the first time I've ever written this... but I have super crazy anxiety, panic attacks, and it can be hard to have a normal life sometimes. Sleep is a vital commodity when you're waking up to monstrously vivid dreams, or go days without being able to shut your brain off no matter how tired you get. I found the ASMR community a couple years back, and video's like yours have seriously helped me sleep even when medicine doesn't. So... just wanted to say thanks.

Could this be the meaning of life, universe and everything?! I cannot believe I came across this video today! I remember having this funny, tingling, refreshing and relaxing feeling in the back of my head ever since I was like 5 years old; there was this friend I used to watch play with color pens, slowly and patiently organizing them by colors; my sister playing with my hair around my ear; my dad pointing at sentences in a book while helping me study and illustrating with his hands. I still have it today from time to time especially while watching people do stuff very patiently and delicately on TV. I started collecting random videos of this type I would find on KZbin under a playlist I called "Wierd Cheelz" so I could watch them again later. But what the hell was that?! What an delightful surprise when I looked up on google this ASMR thing everybody was talking about in the comments! That's the weird thing I have! I'm not the only one!

Falling hard here. : ) Seriously, you are very kind and thoughtful to make these tingle stirring videos. I have another strange fascination with a *BLUSHING* man's hands as they smooth paper or trace patterns. Woman's hands are nice too but there's something about the strength of a man's hand that can also touch delicately.

Anything is addictive I think that includes asmr. If you over do asmr you can struggle to find triggers to give you tingles. When this happens you have to give your brain a rest for a few days.

You ought to make your own there really easy with the right bits to make one. I have been thinking of making a how to vid on making one. An old picture frame makes the perfect garden when flipped round. I didn't realise you could switch the ads off I'll have to take a look! thanks for letting me know :D

Your voice is outstanding , its alot more softer than other peoples voices , less high pitched compared to others , also i love your south (guessing) England accent, i really appreciate the removal of the ads but if you need to add them i will still watch your videos and be a subscriber. Think I'd do the same and move to arizona it's gorgeous. Horses can freak you out hehe but spend some time around them and you'll soon realize there like kids all with different personalities, they always want to nibble my buttons off :D

Hehe I guess i am mildly influenced by Buddhist ways but this isn't meditating, thou buddhists did use zen gardens prior to them meditating so your onto something :)
