Recently saw it in Botswana parked by a carwash waiting for the owner to come and take it with the plate number embedded on it revealing the recent purchase😮.It was of a red colour too. I love that the 2025 Toyota GR Sport Hilux shares the same engine as the 2025 FORTUNER GR-Sport.

@DECA94 the GR and The Rogue have a wider wheel track and 4 wheels disc brakes, which pull it up a lot better. They also have a rear sway bar, which I think makes a big difference in road handling. The body sits higher as stock than the standard Hilux. I have a Rogue and like its electric roller cover. Although having said that being electric, it is just another thing to ultimately have a problem with....at the worst possible moment... but I'll put up with the ease of use for now.

I have the Rogue. The best thing about hilux is they haven't changed much. They are tried and tested. What is that expression? If it aint broke, dont fix it. More technologies mean more problems. Keep them simple Toyota, dont fall into the trap of thinking we need all the new tech on them. They're not space ships, theyre utes.

It's a good-looking bukkie on the outside, mean, tough, and purposeful. The interior though, un acceptable, the same as the whole Hilux range, a few differences here and there. Maybe this is not meant to challenge the Ranger Raptor 🤔, i dont know, maybe if they thrown a 3.3D that's on the Land Cruser 300 , i would understand 😉. It's a robust machine indeed, you buy this and easily keep it running for the next 15+ years... With a R1 million i would pick an Isuzu D-Max V-Cross and go home with some change 😉
