Usually the foot is separate from the ankle!

Sir have done mri of my ankle The report says that MILD ANKLE JOINT EFFUSION and TALAR NECK FOCAL EDEMA SUGGESTIVE OF CONTUSION please guide sir

I would have to read the report and look at images but this likely means you have a bone bruise in your talus, perhaps from trauma.
